At Kote of Arms Tactical, LLC, we provide reliable shipping for all mail-in orders. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Customer Shipping to Us

• Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping items to our facility.

• All firearms must be unloaded, compliant with all of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives' (ATF) shipping regulations, and shipped securely.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your protection.

• We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged while being shipped to us.

2. Return Shipping From Us

• Once your order is complete, we will carefully package your items and ship them back to you using a reliable carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the item and applicable laws).

• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

• Signature confirmation may be required for certain items, including firearms.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated during the order process.

• Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Processing & Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times vary by service and will be communicated when you place your order.

• Completion estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by project complexity, supply availability, or shipping delays beyond our control.

• Orders are shipped as soon as they are completed, inspected, and packaged.

5. Damage or Loss in Transit

• We package all items with care to minimize the risk of damage.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

• We will assist with carrier claims when possible but are not liable for damage or loss once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We only ship within the United States at this time.

• Certain states, cities, or local jurisdictions may have restrictions on firearm components, accessories, or finishes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

• We will not ship any item in violation of federal, state, or local laws.
