At Kote of Arms Tactical, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and services. Because most of our work is custom and made-to-order, we handle refunds and returns differently than standard retail stores. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Work Is Non-Refundable

All Cerakote®, gunsmithing, and customization services are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

Because each project is completed to your specifications, we cannot resell or reuse customized items.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet started.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the progress of the project.

3. Errors or Workmanship Issues

If we make an error in color, finish, or service (different from what was ordered), we will correct the mistake at no additional cost.

Customers must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving their item.

We may request photos or the return of the item for inspection before offering a resolution.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for shipping items to us.

If we determine that an error was our responsibility, we will cover return shipping when sending the corrected item back to you.

5. Damage in Transit

We carefully package all items before shipment, but we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping to us.

If your item is damaged during return shipment to you, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You will determine the amount of insurance you wish to have on the shipment of your firearm. if the insurance does not cover the amount of damage, then we are not responsible for the difference. Additionally, if you chose to not purchase insurance, we are not responsible for the damage in any way.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Completed custom Cerakote® and gunsmithing projects

Gift cards and digital products

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling after delivery
