• Zach – Lead Gunsmith & Cerakote® Certified Applicator - A mechanical engineer by degree, Zach brings years of hands-on experience in the firearms industry. He completed the official Cerakote® Factory Certified Applicator Training, gaining factory-level expertise in coating techniques and best practices. His deep knowledge of gunsmithing, paired with an eye for detail, ensures every piece we work on is both functional and flawless. From tactical upgrades to bold custom designs, Zach delivers finishes built to last.

• Megan – Creative Support & Operations Lead - Megan plays a key behind-the-scenes role, keeping the shop running smoothly and projects on track. She manages logistics, order coordination, and customer communication, while also contributing to the creative process with a strong eye for detail and design flow.
