Welcome to Kote of Arms Tactical, LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.
By placing an order, you represent that you are legally allowed to purchase, own, and ship the items involved in your order under federal, state, and local laws.
It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws regarding firearms, parts, and accessories.

2. Services Provided

Kote of Arms Tactical provides:

Custom Cerakote and ceramic coating services
Gunsmithing and firearm customization
Coating and customization of knives, drinkware, automotive/ motorcycle parts, golf clubs, and other approved items
Mail-in services with return shipping

We reserve the right to refuse service for any item we determine unsafe, illegal, or outside of our expertise.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders must be placed online through our website or through Intuit QuickBooks.
Full payment is required before work begins.
Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed orders will be honored at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Turnaround

Customers are responsible for shipping items to us, unless otherwise arranged.
We will provide tracking information when items are shipped back to you.
Turnaround times vary by project and will be communicated prior to service. Estimated completion times are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Condition of Items Shipped to Us

You must ensure that all items shipped to us are unloaded, safe, and properly packaged.
Firearms must comply with all of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) requirements and federal firearm shipping regulations.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper packaging during shipping to our facility.

6. Custom Work Disclaimer

Custom work is final and non-refundable once completed.
Colors, patterns, and finishes may vary slightly due to material differences, application methods, and environmental factors.
We are not responsible for customer dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations (e.g., “shade was slightly lighter/darker than expected”).

7. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for custom work.
If we make an error in service or workmanship, we will work with you to correct the issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

8. Firearm Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your firearm, parts, or accessories comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
We do not modify firearms in ways that would make them illegal.
We reserve the right to reject any order that may put us in violation of firearms laws or regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kote of Arms Tactical is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
You agree to hold us harmless against claims, damages, or legal issues arising from your misuse of products or failure to comply with applicable laws.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Kote of Arms Tactical, LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Customers may not reproduce or resell custom designs created by us without prior written consent.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorized access, transmitting harmful code, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our site or services at any time for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hancock County, Ohio.
